Synopsis

Create Your Own Adventure (CYOA) was a data-driven customer-journey concept I proposed and developed to utilize machine-learning and customer data to create a branching path of emails tailored to customers' interests.

This project was included in team KPIs and had further development done, but was postponed due to time and cost-barriers. Many of the content ideas and designs were utilized in the abandoned city-search email series.
